What Is the Victory Rewards Club?
The Victory Rewards Club (VRC) is an exclusive club for recreational gymnasts at Lake Norman Gymnastics Academy! Athletes will receive an award for each skill level they master. Your child’s instructor has a skill mastery sheet for every individual child, in each of their classes, in order to keep up with every child’s progress.
When a child masters a skill on their skill mastery sheet, the coach will indicate that it has been mastered. Two times per year, LKN GYM staff evaluates every child’s progress according to the coach’s information on the mastery sheet. When all of the skills on your child’s mastery sheet are mastered, your child may move up a level. You and your child will receive certificate and awards in the presence of other fellow students. You can also check your child's skills online!
What Is the Benefit of Being a Rewards Club Member?
In addition to the beautiful award every athlete will receive when they have mastered a level, each child will benefit with a boost to their self-confidence and self-esteem. They will feel well-deserved pride and satisfaction that comes with working towards a goal and moving up! Also, moving up a level means learning new and more difficult skills – which is a great challenge for every athlete. The VRC is a win-win for your athlete!
