At LKN Gym Academy, we are committed to providing a safe, positive, and enriching environment where children can develop confidence, character, and a lifelong love for movement. As one of North Carolina's premier training facilities, we proudly offer exceptional recreational and competitive programs in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and more.

Our mission extends beyond athletic achievement. Through quality instruction and positive mentorship, we strive to help each athlete reach their full potential—both in and out of the gym.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our highly trained staff members maintain current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, and our facility is equipped with an on-site Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to ensure the highest standards of care for our athletes and families.

We welcome children beginning at 2 years of age and offer a variety of programs designed to meet every skill level and interest. Whether your child is taking their very first class or pursuing competitive excellence, LKN Gym Academy provides a pathway for growth, achievement, and lasting friendships.

Important Information for New Families

We're excited to welcome you to the LKN Gym Academy family! Please review the following information to help make your experience enjoyable and successful.

Medical Insurance: All athletes are required to maintain primary medical insurance coverage.

Pro Shop: Stop by our on-site Pro Shop for apparel, accessories, and training essentials.

Snacks & Drinks: A variety of snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the front desk. Water fountains are also available throughout the facility.

Scheduled Closings: Please visit our Events page for holiday schedules and facility closures.

Illness Policy: If your child is sick or has a fever, please keep them home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours. One make-up class per month is available for illness-related absences.

Safety First: Our staff is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, and an AED is available on-site for the safety of our athletes and families.
