What is Prep- Opt all about???
Our Preparatory Optional Gymnastics Team has been established for 2 years.  We have had 3 state champions and multiple recognitions for outstanding gymnasts. We offer Bronze and Silver Preparatory Optional Gymnastics levels. Each level practices anywhere from 4-10 hours a week.  We are dedicated to offering each of our athletes an enjoyable gymnastics experience while instilling discipline, and responsibility.
