Compulsory Gymnastics Team
*Competitive team gymnastics at LKN Gym Academy is available to athletes by invitation of the Program Director only. This disciplined sport takes strength, dedication, and focus. Upper levels require year round commitment with the minimum of 4 hours of practice per week and at least 5 competitions per year. Team tuition is reflective of practice schedule; competitions incur meet and coaches fees additionally.
Preparatory Optional Gymnastics Team
Over the past two years our Preparatory Optional Gymnastics Team has had 3 state champions and multiple recognitions for outstanding gymnasts. We offer Bronze and Silver Preparatory Optional Gymnastics levels. Each level practices between 4-10 hours each week. We are dedicated to offering each of our athletes an enjoyable gymnastics experience while instilling discipline, and responsibility.

All Squad members are selected by coaches and owners. Once you have been placed on a squad, you are expected to follow the handbook guidelines set by the coaches, owners of the Raven All-Star program and LKN Gym Academy.
