Danielle Taffi Johnson has 10 + years of coaching experience. She has coached levels 2-10 all Xcels. She has choreographed many state and regional beam and floor routines. She also has coached a level 8 regional all around winner. Danielle's favorite thing about coaching is watching the relationships between teammates grow and watching the passion for the sport in the athlete grow!
Mr. Greg was a gymnast for 8 years and competed up to a Class 1. He was a 6 time state champion and a 3 time regional qualifier. He was a 4 year varsity cheerleader at North Carolina State University. Mr. Greg has coached male and female gymnasts up to Level 10 and has sent athletes to nationals for 12 consecutive years. He has also had 1 All-Around Finals competitor and sent several gymnasts to the semi-finals. He has coached many athletes that have gone on to compete at the NCAA level. In 2011, he was inducted into the NC Mens Hall Of Fame and has been coaching for over 30 years.
Michael Johnson is the program director and head coach of Revolution Allstars. He specializes in Co-ed stunting, and tumbling. Michael is a USAG Pro member, safety certified, and a USASF member. He was the first male All State cheerleader in NC. He was a level 5 cheerleader @ Charlotte Allstars for 3 years and has been in and around a gym for 11+ years. Michael has been with LKN Gym for 7 years, and is married to Ms. Danielle. He enjoys working out, and spending time with his wife and two Italian Greyhounds.
Ms. Martha was a competitive gymnast for 20 years. She was a collegiate gymnasts @ the University of Nebraska. She has over 10 years of coaching experience and has a very strong knowledge of gymnastics.
Ms. Kristie is also one of our gymnastics competitive team coaches. She has over 5 years coaching experience, and also competed to level 8.
Fun Fact: she has lived in 5 different countries, her favorite being South Africa!!!!
At age 7, Ms. G began studying dance. She was invited to be part of the ABCD Company at her studio. This allowed her to travel & compete all over the world. In addition to her studio company, she was also a member of the Dance Magnet Company at Lee High School. While competing with both companies, Ms. G won many awards and scholarships to further her education in dance. Ms. G earned her B.A. in Dance Education from UNC Charlotte.
She continues her education in dance through local and national dance conventions.
